Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $123,700 Eligible for variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and potential equity as part of the compensation package Comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement benefits, and paid time off Opportunity to work in a mission-driven company focused on health equity and innovative genomic solutions Inclusive environment with Employee Resource Groups (ERG) for career development and cultural awareness Chance to collaborate on transformative projects that impact human health What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Serve as the liaison for Global Commercial Operations with Internal and External Audit teams, focusing on SOX compliance Develop and manage tools, reports, and processes to support global compliance and audit requirements Lead meetings and training sessions on compliance processes with global teams Identify process improvements and engage with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance efforts Create and update work instructions and process maps for Business Compliance projects What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree Previous experience with SOX compliance and auditing Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience working in Finance, customer service, or similar analyst roles Knowledge of accounting/finance principles preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Previous experience in the Life Science or Clinical Industry Familiarity with ERP (SAP) and CRM systems (SFDC), Power Apps Experience using Cognos or other BI tools for reporting Ability to effectively communicate with multicultural global teams We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
