Join Our Team as a Senior Process Engineer! We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead the design and optimization of complex manufacturing processes. In this role, you will drive innovative projects from conception to execution, utilizing your advanced engineering expertise to enhance process efficiency and manufacturing capabilities. Create and validate manufacturing models from 2D drawings and specifications. Analyze materials and methods to enhance manufacturing efficiency and performance. Design layouts to assess project feasibility and manufacturability. Engage in design reviews with customers and manufacturing teams. Maintain accurate engineering documentation, including CAD models and process records. Provide guidance to CAM programmers for aligning toolpaths and strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and process issues. Lead advancements in engineering projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline. Assess and optimize CNC work-holding and fixturing methods. Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations in the ERP system. Conduct engineering reviews and coordinate project kickoff meetings to ensure successful execution. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience. Advanced CAD/CAM knowledge and project management skills. Strong background in machining and GD&T. Proficiency in CAM and CAD software. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. 10+ years of manufacturing experience. Experience with 3-dimensional modeling. Familiarity with ERP systems. Knowledge of CUI and ITAR regulations. Experience with Powermill and Siemens NX. Physical and Mental Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and bend; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Read and interpret technical documents and specifications. Communicate effectively with various teams. Working Environment: Hybrid role with office and shop-based work.
