Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN Rehabilitation / Home Health | Flexible Schedule | Competitive Pay We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one therapy services while helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function. Position Details: • PRN / As-needed schedule • Pay: $50 – $55 per hour • Flexible scheduling based on patient needs • Manageable caseload • Supportive clinical leadership team • Opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary care team • One-on-one patient care environment Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs • Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and dysphagia disorders • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home strategies • Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and patient progress accurately • Communicate patient progress with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams • Maintain compliance with clinical documentation and regulatory standards Qualifications: • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of practice • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating with healthcare teams This opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a flexible PRN role with competitive pay while providing high-quality therapy services in a supportive clinical environment.
