Job Title: Oracle Apps Techno Functional Consultant (Supply Chain) Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite / Hybrid - Friendly, MN - Minneapolis Area) Experience: 7-10 years Employment Type: 6 Months Contract We are looking for an Oracle Apps Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules to support business operations, enhancements, and production support. Candidate should be capable of working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, providing functional solutions, and supporting technical development (RICEW). This role requires strong functional understanding along with good technical exposure in Oracle Applications. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle EBS Supply Chain processes Work closely with business users for solution design and functional setup Configure and support Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules: OM (Order Management) INV (Inventory) PO (Purchasing) WIP Shipping / Receiving iProcurement (if applicable) Prepare functional documents: BRD, FRD, MD50, Setup docs, Test scripts, UAT support docs Work with technical team for RICEW objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows Execute testing support: SIT, UAT, Regression testing, defect resolution Support integrations with 3rd party systems (warehouse, logistics, procurement systems) Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and ensure timely delivery Required Skills & Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in Oracle Apps / Oracle EBS Techno Functional Strong functional + technical knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM Good hands-on experience in: Functional setups + business process mapping SQL/PLSQL (basic to intermediate for troubleshooting) RICEW coordination/support Experience in Supply Chain end-to-end flow: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Inventory/Warehouse operations Excellent communication and documentation skills Strong stakeholder management and teamwork ability Preferred / Nice to Have Oracle EBS R12 experience Exposure to Oracle Fusion SCM (optional) Experience with workflows / XML Publisher / forms personalization (plus) Prior manufacturing / retail / distribution domain experience Recruiter Submission Template - Full Name: Degree Major with University and Completion year: Total experience as Oracle Apps Techno Functional Consultant: Total experience working on Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules: Modules worked (OM/INV/PO/WIP/Shipping/iProcurement etc.): Oracle Version worked (R11/R12/Fusion): Total experience in Order Management (OM): Total experience in Inventory (INV): Total experience in Purchasing (PO): Total experience in WIP / Manufacturing (if any): Total experience in Shipping/Receiving: Total experience with Procure to Pay (P2P): Total experience with Order to Cash (O2C): Total experience with RICEW (Reports/Interfaces/Conversions/Extensions/Workflows): Total experience with SQL/PLSQL (for troubleshooting/support): Have you done Functional setup/configuration?
