The person bringing this role will have a professional appearance, punctuality, teamwork, job skills, communication, adherence to company policies, and working relationships. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, three to five years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, and knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and local market experience and relationships. Physical work demands include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform various physical activities, and maintain a flexible schedule.
