Manager - Operations - QC | Lead Quality and Drive Operational ExcellenceLocation: Las Vegas, NV Salary: $66,161 to $79,712 per year LMG is a national leader in cutting edge production technology for live events, broadcast, and immersive experiences. Our teams power some of the most complex, high profile shows in the industry with state of the art audio, video, lighting, LED, and media systems. We are seeking a Manager - Operations - QC to lead our Quality Control department and ensure that all equipment leaving and returning to our facility meets the highest standards of functionality, safety, and show readiness. This role is essential to maintaining the reliability and excellence LMG is known for across the industry. What You'll Be Doing Quality Control Leadership Lead and oversee daily operations for all QC activities, ensuring gear is thoroughly prepped, tested, and processed Manage and schedule QC Leads and Technicians across all disciplines including LED, video, lighting, audio, and media systems Develop, refine, and enforce standard operating procedures for inspection, testing, and return workflows Maintain organized, safe, and efficient QC workspaces aligned with company and safety standards Cross Department Collaboration Communicate closely with Equipment Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Project Managers, and Engineering Prioritize urgent show orders and resolve discrepancies or equipment concerns quickly Monitor performance trends and collaborate with Engineering, Repair, and Inventory teams on maintenance and upgrades Operational Excellence Oversee QC metrics, reporting, and equipment failure logs to track performance and identify improvement opportunities Train, mentor, and evaluate QC staff to strengthen accuracy, accountability, and teamwork Serve as a point of escalation for missing gear, technical concerns, or recurring quality issues Support gear allocation, tagging, optimization, and storage strategies in partnership with Inventory leadership What We're Looking ForFive or More Years of Warehouse Operations or AV Production Logistics Background in live events or AV environments strongly preferred. Two or More Years in a Supervisory or Management Role Experience leading teams in fast paced, detail driven environments. Strong Technical Knowledge Understanding of AV gear, production systems, and show workflows. Educational Background High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus. Key Skills Team leadership, scheduling, cross-department communication, task ownership, attention to detail, and QC or inventory process knowledge.
