About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Scientific Affairs to lead our scientific initiatives within a thriving medical communications organization. In this influential role, you will define and oversee the scientific strategy and vision for a variety of medical communications programs, ensuring exceptional standards of scientific excellence, accuracy, and compliance. As a key leader, you will: Build and guide high-performing scientific teams Act as a senior scientific partner to clients across multiple therapeutic areas Drive innovation in scientific storytelling and content development Engage in new business development and expand the scientific voice of the organization Foster a culture that prioritizes rigor and creativity The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree in a scientific or medical discipline and possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in medical communications, medical education, or a similar agency environment. Proven leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic medical communications from clinical and scientific data are essential.
