Job Summary: Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a setting that champions best practices and exceptional customer service. Promote a therapeutic environment by minimizing noise, supporting healthcare students, and maintaining privacy and confidentiality. Engage in continuous professional development, seeking certifications, advanced degrees, and leadership opportunities. Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or, if unaccredited, a minimum of five years acute care nursing experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is acceptable. Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications. Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license as required by the regional nursing board. Work Environment: Full-time, first shift position in a healthcare facility located in the Midwest region of the United States.
