Key Responsibilities Resolve incident tickets and fulfill Service Catalog requests related to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Execute release and change management activities, ensuring smooth deployment of Saviynt configuration updates. Perform security vulnerability remediation, focusing on configuration changes that reduce risk and enhance overall compliance posture. Support ongoing access management improvements, ensuring accurate and secure provisioning of user access. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Saviynt processes, improve user experience, and maintain compliance with organizational security standards. Participate in rotational on-call duties to provide after-hours support when necessary. Maintain high-quality documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines. Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience supporting Identity Management and Governance solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in Saviynt. Solid understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, access reviews, and policy enforcement. Experience managing service tickets, change requests, and release cycles in enterprise environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex security and access-related issues. Familiarity with security compliance standards and vulnerability remediation processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
