Job Description: Pay Range: $47hr - $52hr We are seeking a highly energetic and collaborative QA professional with experience in testing logistics environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the retail domain, particularly in logistics and distribution systems. This role requires experience in defining test strategies, creating comprehensive test plans, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in an Agile environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technologists and business analysts are essential for success in this role. Requirement/Must Have: Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in QA strategy and execution within an Agile environment. Strong experience in UI testing and API testing. Experience using Postman for API validation. Strong SQL query skills for database testing. Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management. Strong functional understanding of logistics platforms and integrations. Knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking, load balancers, and performance considerations. Experience: Experience working in Agile environments with distributed teams. Experience overseeing offshore team members. Proven track record of implementing QA and release management practices. Responsibilities: nalyze business requirements to create test plans and test scenarios. Take ownership of end-to-end testing and create test cases for functional requirements. Develop reusable test artifacts, frameworks, and reusable test cases. Manage defects and implement QA best practices. Define the scope of testing within each release or delivery in an Agile environment. Define test cases based on user stories. Create QA plans for pre-deployment and post-deployment testing including regression testing. Resolve blockers while coordinating around dependencies and deadlines. ssist with scheduling releases based on project dependencies and timelines. Collaborate with product owners to ensure the quality of tickets and acceptance criteria. Perform manual regression testing. Skills: MySQL and SQL query experience. zure DevOps (ADO). UI testing. PI testing. Postman. Test management and defect tracking. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
