You will lead a dedicated team focused on establishing and nurturing relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in the hereditary angioedema (HAE) community. Your responsibilities will include strategic operational planning to position the company as a trusted partner among thought leaders, collaborating with various departments to meet customer needs, and overseeing insight reporting at multiple levels. In this role, you will manage a talented team, promote effective collaboration, and ensure compliance with medical and commercial guidelines. A Bachelor's degree is required (advanced degree preferred), along with a minimum of 15 years of commercial experience in the biotech or pharma sectors, including 5 years in thought leadership development or liaison management. You should possess a proven track record in launch planning and execution, particularly within rare disease, immunology, or specialty markets. Key qualifications include: Extensive experience in insight generation and customer segmentation to inform brand strategies. Proven ability to lead high-performance commercial teams.
