Bar Helper, Manning's Sports Bar (Caesars New Orleans)

Job Description The Bar Helper in Manning's Sports Bar will support the Bartender and ensure proper stocking of items needed for the success of the shifts. ResponsibilitiesWorks behind the bar to facilitate the smooth flow of service to customers by bartenders and beverage servers. Performs the service of replenishing stock and all cleaning required behind the bar. Checks and maintains the required par stock on assigned station. Obtains replacement stock from the dispensing room and/or warehouse in accordance with established procedures, maintains cleanliness and order on assigned station, assists the bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests' special requests, and during busy times, icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED is required. Must possess speed, friendliness and accuracy of service. Must have the ability to give C.A.S.H. to guests and employees. Must keep areas of responsibility neat and clean at all times. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
