The experience and attributes were looking for in new team members include: University degree or equivalent work experience 4+ years working in a customer service environment Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus) Travel industry experience/contact center experience preferred Genuine passion for high-quality customer service we care about our customers and its important to us that you do too Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong teamworking skills Expert knowledge of customer service satisfaction requirements Willingness to learn and grow!
