Line Loader - First Shift - Watertown, WI Are you an experienced line worker? Would you like to be responsible for preparing items to be painted? POSITION - Paint Line Worker JOB LOCATION - Watertown, WI STARTING DATE - ASAP EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp-to-Hire EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 2nd Shift (1:30pm-11:30pm) STARTING PAY - $17.00 per hour BENEFITS - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Responsibilities The line worker on the wet line is responsible for reading work orders, staging product prior to hanging, hanging product on a moving paint line, masking parts, and hand washing or performing prep work to parts prior to being painted. Requirements Physical Demands Reach in a forward manner to place items and take items off the racks Stand and walk most of the shift Work at a more rapid pace depending upon need for product Visual acuity and excellent depth perception are necessary in performing critical functions of this position Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply. Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Motor coordination and dexterity are critical in this position. Must be able to coordinate eye and hand/finger movements when placing the parts on the racks. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
