Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will be essential in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring exceptional talent for various retail positions. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will understand staffing needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the timely acquisition of skilled candidates. What You Will Achieve: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for retail roles including store associates, supervisors, and corporate positions. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to find candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Conduct thorough interviews, screening candidates for their qualifications and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to draft compelling job descriptions, define hiring criteria, and support candidate selection. Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Stay informed on market trends and competitive salary benchmarks to shape effective recruitment strategies. Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the HR team for the smooth integration of new hires. Deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to leadership. What You Will Need: Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA and available for onsite work. Demonstrable experience as a retail recruiter, with a focus on high-volume hiring or customer-facing roles. 2-4 Years of experience in regional retail recruiting is required for this role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies. Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while operating a computer or other office equipment. Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
