Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Insurance Disability and Term Life Insurance Matching 401(k) On-going training & development and growth opportunities Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) What you will do: Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation Properly connect equipment Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements What you will bring: 3+ years HVAC installation experience required HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school Valid drivers' license Ability to handle heavy equipment Ability to work outdoors Who we are: We are a family-owned and operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability.
