Construction Manager í¢€“ Dunseith LPOE, NDLocation: Dunseith, ND (On-Site, through ~ Oct 2027, Potential FTE Conversion)Rate:í‚ ~ $64.75í¢€“$68.35/hr + $3,000/month living allowance; negotiable for top candidatesHours: ~ 8 AM í¢€“ 5 PM, Mondayí¢€“Friday | Minimal overtime About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a site-based team on the Dunseith Land Port of Entry (LPOE) project, a multi-year federal office building construction under GSA guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery by managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality throughout the design and construction phases.This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys managing interdisciplinary teams, navigating complex projects, and ensuring compliance with federal construction standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise site-based staff and interdisciplinary teams. Develop, track, and manage project budgets and funding strategies. Schedule and coordinate project activities across occupied facilities. Integrate competing project requirements to maintain smooth execution. Ensure compliance with federal and local regulations, including GSA requirements. Maintain quality standards and oversee risk mitigation throughout the project. Qualifications Bachelorí¢€™s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management OR 10+ years of construction management experience. Proven experience managing long-term, complex construction projects, ideally federal or GSA-related. Strong leadership and team management skills.
