Job Title: Superintendent of ConstructionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Federal Lead Superintendent with over 5 years of experience in managing significant projects, specifically those valued at $10M+ with the US Army Corps of Engineers. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in federal construction standards, USACE specifications, and OSHA compliance. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initial site development and grading to MEP and interior buildout.Responsibilities Lead site safety programs and enforce project-specific safety plans. Develop and manage schedules using Primavera P6, including baseline development and subcontractor integration. Coordinate subcontractors and manage quality control benchmarks. Conduct inspection management and documentation control using Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Timberline, Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Validate cost progress, plan site logistics, coordinate utilities, and manage project closeout and owner turnover. Essential Skills 5+ years of Federal Construction experience as a Lead Superintendent. Experience with US Army Corps of Engineers projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Timberline, Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Strong communication and organization skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in site development, utility coordination, site amendment, and grading. Experience with $10M+ projects. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Work EnvironmentThe project is located at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, one of the most secure bases in the U.S. Candidates must pass an extensive background check. This $145 million project involves infrastructure for a new attack helicopter program, including helipads, maintenance facilities, and a firing range. The role offers location flexibility, with candidates welcome from anywhere in the U.S. The work schedule includes paid travel days every four weeks without requiring PTO. Perks include a $2,000/month subsistence allowance, weekly pay, a truck with a gas card, and the opportunity for project completion bonuses. The current project duration is 300 days, with potential extensions, offering a long-term outlook with opportunities for follow-up work at Minot AFB or other federal projects in Cheyenne, Colorado Springs, or Texas.We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
