14311 Production Worker - Industrial (Seed Processing & Warehouse)Vincent, IA Full-Time | 3-Month Contract Onsite | Day ShiftSigma, Inc. is hiring a Production Worker - Industrial to support seed processing operations at our client site in Vincent, Iowa. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable with physical work. Shift Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities Bag and palletize corn seed according to production orders Treat, bag, and palletize soybean seed Perform repetitive production tasks in a fast-paced environment Accurately read and follow written production orders, including: Quantities Lot numbers Labels Maintain compliance with safety guidelines and procedures Keep work areas clean and organized Complete on-the-job training and achieve proficiency quickly Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse that is not heated (cold in winter) Steel-toed shoes required Reliable transportation to and from the worksite Ability to pass a background check (must be completed prior to start) Willingness and ability to pass forklift training and testing Basic math skills (counting, quantities, labeling) Skills & Competencies Excellent punctuality and attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to follow oral and written instructions Solid communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Safety-conscious mindset Work Environment Industrial warehouse setting Cold temperatures during winter months Physically demanding role with repetitive motion Fast-paced production environment
