ASI is seeking Junior Data Analysts to work in Patuxent River, MD supporting PMA-273. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of aircraft configuration products, including Aircraft Capabilities, Service Life Analysis Program (SLAP), Service Life Extension Program (SLEP), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Reliability Upgrades, Safety Upgrades, and Technical Directives Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure configuration products align with program requirements and operational goals Support the development of aircraft maintenance and supply products to identify trends, address issues, and improve overall aircraft performance Collect and analyze maintenance and supply data to support decision-making during production and sustainment phases Gather logistics data from various sources, including maintenance records, supply chain reports, and operational performance metrics Prepare basic reports and visualizations to communicate findings and support senior analysts in presenting recommendations to stakeholders Assist in identifying trends and patterns in logistics data to address issues affecting aircraft performance and sustainment Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for reliability and safety concerns under the guidance of senior analysts Contribute to the development and execution of sustainment strategies to ensure aircraft readiness and affordability throughout their lifecycle Support efforts to implement reliability upgrades and safety improvements to extend service life and enhance operational capabilities Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field Additional 3+ years of experience in data analysis/management OR 4-6 years of military aviation experience may be substituted for a degree Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and/or data analysis tools and software Familiarity with NAVAIR processes and policies Interest in learning Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements and sustainment planning Excellent written and verbal communication skills At ASI, we understand that everyone's journey is different.
