Shift Supervisor

Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to assist the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations. This role is key in ensuring top-notch product quality and exceptional customer service while supervising the team during your shifts. Competencies: Strong judgment and decision-making abilities Leadership with respect and integrity Detail-oriented and highly organized Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain a high-performance culture of accountability Skills to motivate and empower team members Self-driven and adaptable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Essential Job Functions: Support the Restaurant General Manager in managing staff during assigned shifts Ensure food, beverage, and service quality standards are met or exceeded Monitor service equipment for optimal performance Conduct opening and closing duties as required Train and inspire fellow associates Anticipate customer needs and resolve any concerns proactively Assist the Restaurant General Manager with tasks such as deposit preparation, labor scheduling, and contributing to financials with manager approval Provide a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff Adhere to all company policies and regulations Foster a positive team atmosphere through a supportive attitude Perform additional tasks as needed. Succession Planning: This role serves as a stepping stone for those interested in advancing to Store Assistant General Manager. It offers the opportunity to develop essential skills for future career growth. General Conditions and Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 75 pounds Physical capability to bend, twist, kneel, crouch, stoop, and crawl as necessary Engage in repetitive motions and use hands for various tasks Stand and walk for extended periods.
