You Build Your Career.What you'll be doing: Source and purchase raw materials, components, and subcontracted services required for productionNegotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with vendors while maintaining quality standardsManage subcontracting orders, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve order issueCollaborate with Production Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Project Management to support production timelinesResearch and develop new supplier relationships, including domestic and international sourcing opportunitiesIssue requests for quotes (RFQs), analyze bids, and award contracts to suppliersMaintain vendor contracts, cost data, and purchasing recordsConduct supplier qualification audits and maintain supplier performance programsMonitor market conditions and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and supply reliabilityTrack and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and supplier performanceAssist the Shipping Department in resolving complex delivery issues when needed What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2-3 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experienceExperience sourcing materials, issuing purchase orders, and managing supplier relationshipsStrong negotiation and communication skillsExperience working with ERP or MRP systems for purchasing and inventory trackingAbility to read basic technical documents, part numbers, and material specificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits and CultureAt Blair Image Elements, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being and financial security of our team.
