Majestic Care ABA is expanding its team and seeking motivated Behavioral Technicians to join us! Our ideal candidates will be passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Experience working directly with children in a behavioral context is beneficial but not required. Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course is necessary. A valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate is encouraged, and we are willing to provide training to those who are not currently registered. A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Basic computer skills are desired, along with a willingness to improve. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities: Treat all clients with respect and dignity. Engage clients appropriately during therapy sessions. Act as a positive role model for clients and their caregivers. Provide consistent and reliable services on the agreed schedule, making up canceled sessions when necessary and informing the BCBA of any changes. Maintain professional communication with family and caregivers. Meet weekly with a BCBA to discuss client progress, treatment plans, and data analysis. Document session notes in Rethink, obtaining parent signatures for in-home sessions. Use specified devices for data collection instead of personal devices. Keep a weekly reinforcement checklist and inform the BCBA of any additional resources needed. Maintain organized toys and materials used during sessions.
