We are seeking Staff / Sr. Staff Full Stack Developers to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) by performing software activities focused on assisting the Air Force move forward with digital transformation. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.. Key Responsibilities Design and implement new capabilities and custom software solutions to solve unique government customer problems Follow best practices to write well-tested, high performing code Identify and resolve issues found in existing code Integrate capabilities with external services and tools Participate in code reviews and mentor team members Communicate status and technical details with customers Requirements The following minimum qualifications are required for the position: Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant STEM field Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher U.S. Citizenship required High attention to detail and commitment to quality 3+ years experience writing, maintaining, debugging, and testing code Experience developing web applications Experience with server-side languages, preference toward Python, and/or Golang, NodeJS Experience with frontend Single Page Application frameworks (i.e., React, Vue, and Angular) Experience with version control software (e.g., Git) Experience with bug/issue tracking software such as JIRA Candidates who have any of the following skills will be preferred: Experience with software container development (e.g., Docker) Experience with a variety of data storage technologies (document stores, object stores, relational databases, etc) Experience with Kubernetes and Helm Experience using CI/CD pipelines including ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins Active DoD TS/SCI clearance Benefits SciTec offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including: 4% Safe Harbor 401(k) match 100% company paid HSA Medical insurance, with a choice of 2 buy-up options 80% company paid Dental insurance 100% company paid Vision insurance 100% company paid Life insurance 100% company paid Long-term Disability insurance Short-term Disability insurance Annual Profit-Sharing Plan Discretionary Performance Bonus Paid Parental Leave Generous Paid Time Off, including Holiday, Vacation, and Sick pay Flexible Work hours The pay range for this position is $88,000-$130,000.
