Through partnership and innovation, Amergis creates unmatched staffing experiences to deliver the best workforce solutions.The Human Resources Business Partner leads the delivery of all HR services to internal client groups andensures they are aligned with business needs.The HR Business Partner acts as a partner in a designated business region to provide strategic advice and counsel on a variety of issues including but not limited to: organizational development, employeeengagement, retention, compensation, change management, talent and workforce planning, leadershipdevelopment, and employee recognition. The HR Business Partner works across multiple levels ofmanagement and staff to identify HR issues, and partners with the business to utilize systems anddevelop processes to create sustainable solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Contributes to the business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes Supports managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy Implements appropriate employee training and manage its delivery in collaboration with the Learning and Development department Implements employee engagement and recognition programs for the business line Creates and implements strategies for employee retention Supports the implementation of the performance driven culture for the company through performance management initiatives Helps the business leaders provide employees with development opportunities and ensures that they are able to meet current and future performance standards Provides expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate, collaborates with the Employee Relations department on critical issues Acts as a liaison between operations and HR to support alignment of HR products and services with client needs Maintains knowledge of HR practices, trends and policies Consistently models the company's culture of customer service, quality and compliance Performs other duties as assigned/necessary Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred Demonstrated experience in strategic human resources role At least 5 years of Human Resources experience Demonstrated collaboration and consultation skills Must be able to travel as position requires (approx 30%) Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills required Computer proficiency required At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits:Medical/Prescription, Dental, Vision, Health Advocacy (company paid if enrolled Medical), Health Advocate Employee Assistance Program, Health Savings Account , 401(k), 401(k) Company Match, Profit Sharing, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Primary Caregiver Leave, Parental Leave, Life and Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Voluntary Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Hospital Expense Protection Plan, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Home and Auto Insurance, Pet Insurance, MilkStork, Transportation Benefit, Educational Assistance Program, College Partnership Program, Paid Time Off/Company HolidaysBenefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.Amergis is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
