Warehouse Associate - Part time (10-15 hours a week)

PrideStaff is sourcing a part time warehouse manager for a small client in Erlanger KY. The client is a leading supplier of screw plugs and precision-turned parts for the automotive industry. This family-owned business, currently run by the third generation, relies on mutual responsibility, lean infrastructure, and direct customer contact to set it apart from its competitors. General Job Description Reporting directly to our President, the Warehouse Manager oversees operations at our storage facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule while monitoring safety and warehouse equipment. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities ? "Oversee" receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. ? Set up and maintain layout and ensure efficient space utilization. ? Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. ? Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements. ? Maintain all safety standards and guidelines. Qualifications ? High School diploma required ? 1-3 years' experience working in a Warehouse. ? Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. ? Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. ? Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. ? Excellent communication skills. ? Flexibility is very important ?
