Job Description: The Technology Services Manager is responsible for overseeing platform services, client applications, and supporting infrastructure within Technology Services Delivery Operations. This role ensures high-quality, cost-effective service delivery while partnering with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to support business needs, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across platform operations. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact within Operations for the assigned product line. Provide operational oversight of platform services, client applications, and supporting infrastructure. Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient services. Facilitate and coordinate technology planning and implementation efforts across matrixed teams. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements on time and within scope. Communicate status, progress, incidents, and initiatives to stakeholders and senior leadership. Track and coordinate resolution of incidents, changes, problems, and service requests. Perform root cause analysis on significant platform-related incidents. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions following major incidents. Ensure infrastructure environments meet or exceed service level targets. Proactively identify platform and infrastructure service needs and support technology strategy. Support and prioritize projects, assisting with technical implementation approaches and timelines. Lead initiatives representing Operations as required. pply risk management discipline across all efforts. Provide secondary support to peers and assist as needed. Direct technical support staff for day-to-day production support. Drive issue resolution, improvements, and influence design decisions. Requirement/Must Have: Experience working with large infrastructure hosting environments. Strong understanding of integrated infrastructure components supporting secure hosting environments. Knowledge of network and security technologies. Experience connecting complex networks using established integration patterns. Proficiency in distributed systems and enterprise-tier application infrastructure. Experience with cloud and data center network operations. Hands-on knowledge of WAN, VPN, DNS, routing, firewall, and load balancer technologies. bility to think strategically and perform high-level technical analysis. Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Commitment to IT service management, continuous improvement, and proactive problem management. Experience: Six to nine or more years of relevant professional experience. Experience directing technical teams and coordinating production support. Exposure to AI-driven IT operations and observability practices. Skills: Infrastructure and platform operations management. Network and security technologies. Stakeholder communication and negotiation. gile and IT service management practices. Qualification And Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Cloud technology certifications preferred. IT service management certification preferred.
