We are looking for a caring andcompassionate individual to join our team of dedicated and hardworking ResidentCare Assistants serving the residents of our retirement and life community. In this role, you will primarily work with either theresidents in our 18 memory care apartments or the 42 residents in our assistedliving Facility. Our building is also home to 70 residents in our independentliving plus. What You'll Do Assist residents with personal cares, dailyactivities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity aspossible Other responsibilities could include medicationmanagement, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks What You'll Need Previous direct care experience (preferred, not required) Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), (preferred, not required) CBRF Certification, (preferred, not required) Our Wages Our starting rate is between $18.00 to $21.50 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications We pay for high performance!
