Valid BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation. If driving is required, a valid driver's license and auto insurance meeting state requirements are necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a similar clinical environment is advantageous. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles, effective communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Physical Requirements: Medium work involving occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent standing or walking (26-50% of the workday).
