Data Analyst

Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including: Writing business and technical user stories Managing work items in Jira Mortgage domain experience (required) Securitization experience Familiarity with command-line operations, including: Executing Python scripts Navigating directories and reviewing application/log files for analysis Strong analytical skills with the ability to: Interpret disparate data sources Distill complex data into meaningful insights Support data-driven decision-making Proven ability to translate non-technical business requirements into technical rules, logic, or methodologies Ability to quickly learn and understand complex business operations and processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Highly adaptable, with the flexibility to adjust priorities and approaches as business needs evolve
