Job Title: HCL Commerce Lead Work Location: Springfield, MO (Onsite - Hybrid) Type: Contract to hire Job Description : We are looking for an experienced HCL Commerce Development Lead to drive the design development and delivery of enterpriselevel ECommerce solutions The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HCL Commerce formerly IBM WebSphere Commerce and a proven track record of leading complex implementations for largescale retail or B2B platforms Key Responsibilities Lead endtoend development and implementation of HCL Commercebased ECommerce solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and crossfunctional teams to define technical requirements and solution design Oversee development activities ensuring adherence to best practices coding standards and performance optimization Manage integrations with thirdparty systems payment gateways OMS CRM ERP Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to development teams Ensure scalability security and high availability of ECommerce platforms Drive continuous improvement through automation code reviews and performance tuning Required Skills Experience 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in HCL Commerce IBM WebSphere Commerce Strong background in ECommerce architecture and development Expertise in JavaJ2EE RESTful APIs and Microservices Handson experience with HCL Commerce customization storefront development and serverside components Familiarity with cloud deployment AWSAzureGCP and CICD pipelines Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills Skills Mandatory Skills : HCL Commerce
