Title: Headless UI Architect Location: Alpharetta GA (Hybrid- 3 days) Type: Contract to Hire Architect (NextJS) Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership Design and implement scalable highperformance web applications using Nextjs React and modern JavaScript frameworks Define architecture standards best practices and reusable components for Experience Engineering projects Client Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to clients understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions Conduct workshops demos and technical discussions with client stakeholders Solution Delivery Lead endtoend solution design for headless CMS microservices and APIdriven architectures Ensure compliance with security performance and accessibility standards Team Collaboration Mentor development teams across onsite and offshore locations Coordinate with crossfunctional teams UIUX QA DevOps to ensure seamless delivery Innovation Best Practices Drive adoption of modern engineering practices like CICD cloud deployments and automated testing Stay updated on emerging trends in Nextjs React and Experience Engineering Required Skills Experience Technical Expertise 10-14 years of experience in frontend architecture and development Strong handson experience in Nextjs React TypeScript Nodejs Proficiency in SSRISR App Router GraphQLREST APIs and state management ReduxZustand Familiarity with cloud platforms AWSAzureGCP DockerKubernetes Experience Engineering Proven track record in designing customercentric digital experiences Knowledge of Core Web Vitals performance optimization and responsive design ClientFacing Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver highquality solutions Preferred Exposure to headless CMS Sitecore Contentful and ecommerce platforms Experience in Agile delivery models and distributed teams Behavioral Competencies Strong leadership and collaboration skills Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders Problemsolving mindset with a focus on innovation Skills Mandatory Skills : Portal development using NextJS, ReactJS, HTML/CSS/Bootstrap, Experience in headless architecture, Server side rendering / generation, GraphQL, Sitecore XM cloud
