We're hiring a performance-driven Assistant Manager who wants to run a business - and earn the right to become a General Manager as we expand. If you are competitive, KPI-focused, and energized by building strong teams and driving sales results, this role was built for you. What You'll Be Responsible For You are the operating leader when the GM is offsite. Requirements 1-3+ years management or supervisory experience Strong customer-facing background (retail, restaurant, fitness, etc.) Sales experience (membership or recurring revenue preferred) Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay (weekly payroll) Monthly performance-based bonus tied to KPIs Merit-based raises Complimentary membership Clear path to General Manager and Area Leadership We are expanding in Indiana.
