What You'll Be Responsible For You are the operating leader when the GM is offsite. Requirements 1-3+ years management or supervisory experience Strong customer-facing background (retail, restaurant, fitness, etc.) Sales experience (membership or recurring revenue preferred) Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay (weekly payroll) Monthly performance-based bonus tied to KPIs Merit-based raises Complimentary membership Clear path to General Manager and Area Leadership We are expanding in Indiana.
