Business Architect

Job Summary: The Business Architect will be responsible for driving high-level business and technical requirements gathering, leading process analysis, and designing future-state workflows in support of Advent Reservation System (eModal) implementations. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to internal teams, ensuring best practices are included in the design and execution of terminal operations and system configurations. Key Responsibilities: • Development of high-level business and technical documentation, including current and future state workflows, business requirements, and functional specifications. • Facilitate process analysis sessions with stakeholders across terminal operations, IT, and project teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. • Design optimized future-state business processes that align with system capabilities and industry best practices. • Serve as a subject matter expert on TOS and Advent system configurations, providing guidance on setup and customization to meet business needs.
