Job Description: Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr Serves as the IT project manager for assigned projects and manages project deliverables from initiation to completion. Works closely with stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved while maintaining project governance and documentation standards. Responsibilities: Serves as client IT project manager for assigned projects. Serves as project manager for IT deliverables on non-IT driven projects. Manages assigned IT projects and coordinates with stakeholders from inception to completion. Identifies and documents project scope, charter, resources, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Establishes meeting cadence to ensure projects remain on schedule. Tracks milestones, risk mitigation actions, issues, and task assignments to maintain project accountability. Escalates project issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. Collaborates with teams to establish meeting agendas and prepares project meeting notes and status updates. Closes projects in an orderly manner including documentation of lessons learned and final project documentation. Maintains an accurate master IT project list. Prepares presentations and supplemental materials for steering committee and strategic planning meetings. Works with IT management and the Project Management Office to develop and document project planning and management methodologies. Requirement/Must Have: 5+ years of project management experience. 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects. 3+ years of experience with budgeting. Should Have: Experience managing system modernization initiatives. Experience working with state agencies. Experience collaborating with external vendors. ctive PMP certification. Experience with ServiceNow. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation. Thorough understanding of information technology concepts, terminology, and standards. bility to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. bility to lead and influence project teams. bility to clearly communicate complex project information. Strong diplomacy and tact in stressful situations. Qualification And Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
