We are seeking an experienced Chief Clinical Officer in Atlanta, Georgia for one of our clients. Position DetailsPosition Title: Chief Clinical Officer Location: Atlanta, GA (Southeast Regional Oversight) Experience: Senior hospice clinical executive with multi-site oversight experience and active RN licensure required. Compensation: $225,000-$255,000 base salary plus 25% annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive executive benefits package. Why apply? Executive-level impact across a growing multi-state hospice platform Strong census performance with capital allocated for expansion Established regional clinical leadership team already in place Opportunity to elevate quality metrics and standardize best practices Direct partnership with CEO and board on strategic growth initiatives Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred Minimum 8-10 years of hospice leadership experience, including regional or corporate-level oversight Demonstrated success leading Directors of Patient Care Services and branch-level clinical teams Strong working knowledge of hospice Conditions of Participation, survey readiness, and compliance standards Experience improving quality scores, CAHPS outcomes, and clinical documentation accuracy Proven ability to scale clinical infrastructure in a multi-site environment Financial acumen with the ability to manage clinical budgets and staffing models Responsibilities Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all hospice clinical operations Oversee multiple regional DPCS leaders and ensure alignment across branch-level clinical teams Standardize clinical protocols, documentation practices, and quality improvement initiatives Partner with operations leadership to support census growth while maintaining regulatory compliance Drive survey readiness initiatives and maintain high standards of patient care delivery Monitor key performance indicators including quality metrics, staffing ratios, and productivity Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion planning, de novo launches, and acquisitions Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous clinical development To learn more about this role, connect with us by emailing .
