Maintenance Technician

Currently, Envolve is searching for a Maintenance Technician/Painter to work at Indian Springs Apartments in Broken Arrow, OK. The Maintenance Technician/painter will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, painting, and electrical as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor. Description: The successful candidate must have experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. The Maintenance Technician/painter will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, painting and electrical as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor. Qualifications: Ideal candidate has HVAC certification with (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience. Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment. This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Experience in painting is a must.
