Description Fence Installation Foreman - Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented High Security Fence Installer to join our perimeter protection team. This role involves installing and maintaining high-security fencing systems for government facilities, military bases, data centers, correctional institutions, and other critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience with specialized materials and understands the importance of precision, discretion, and compliance with security protocols. Core Duties and Responsibilities: • 5+ years of experience in fence installation, with at least 1 year in high-security or government projects. • Proficiency with power tools, concrete mixers, post drivers, and trenching equipment. • Familiarity with security hardware such as razor wire, anti-ram barriers, and sensor-embedded fencing. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and security specifications. • OSHA 10/30 certification preferred. • Must pass background checks and drug screening; security clearance may be required. Work consists of installing all types of fences and gates including aluminum, wood, and chain-link. All tools and training will be provided. This position does require extensive travel.
