Job Title: Business System Analyst (with Autofinance) Location: Texas Plano (Day 1 Onsite)Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Business Analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our projects align with organizational goals. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to identify and document business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for new and existing systems. Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development teams. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment. Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Support project management activities, including project planning, risk management, and status reporting. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Provide ongoing support and training to end users as needed. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Business Analysis. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in Business Analysis methodologies and tools. Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience with process modeling and improvement techniques. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools. Experience in specific industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
