Learn more here: Role Description This is a flexible, on-site role in Ocala with full-time or part-time options available. for a Certified Home Health Aide. The role involves providing high-quality home care services to clients, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Additional responsibilities include delivering personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, as well as engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote their overall well-being. Compassionate care, dependability, and dedication to patient safety and satisfaction are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Valid HHA certificate (40 hour minimum) or active CNA license CPR/First Aid certification Experience in Home Care and Patient Care Proficiency in providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals Skills in providing Personal Care services, including hygiene, grooming, and toileting Dependable Reliable Transportation Please bring to your interview: • Valid HHA certificate (40-hour minimum) or active CNA license • Photo ID • Documentation for employment eligibility • If available, copies of recent in-service training certificates Background Screening This role requires completion of a background screening as part of the hiring process.
