This position oversees the undergraduate Database Management and report writing experience. This also includes the creation of web forms & applications, designing and managing communications, coordinating data input, and assuring accuracy. This role provides marketing, group event planning, communication, and project management support for the projects, group events, and communication plans for the Office of Admissions. This role requires a strong, demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, deliverables, and timelines. Building and managing project plans are essential to the success and support of the admissions and recruitment goals. With leadership and support from the VP and Director, this position collaborates closely with the admissions team, the admissions operations team, the various colleges and departments, and the University Office of Marketing and Communications. This position must also have a broad understanding of appropriate academic programs and potential future directions; be flexible, visionary, creative, and energetic; and possess a demonstrated capacity to lead. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Process transcripts and test scores for incoming students throughout the year, as well as database entry for accepted students. CRM Administrator specifically for Target X(Salesforce) and Recruit (Ellucian), and the Common App Ensuring system updates monthly as well as any troubleshooting for staff. Collaborating with other offices ensures cohesion and accurate communication when dealing with student information and assistance. Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for student workers to build professional relations with the office and offices throughout the campus. Assist with training staff to use new modules and understand data exports, as well as any changes to the software as needed. Analyzing data and creating Reports to be shared across campus with collaborating offices. Manage administrative tasks such as but not limited to (communications, strategy, and process development, audience management, and daily processes) within the CRM system: Target/XRecruit. Develop CRM annual mail grid/timelines for all admission communication projects, including digital and print Work with the Office of Marketing and Communications to manage the projects, plans, purchase orders, approvals, and timelines Analyze data and trends for marketing materials (digital and print)/web content/ Prepares annual reports for the admission office while also creating reports to assist with daily operations for the Admissions team. Other relevant duties as assigned. Regular and predictable attendance is required. On-site work is required. Incumbents must remain relevant in the area of employment and flexible to changes in work related to institutional needs. Typical Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in related field required. Demonstrated student recruitment experience and/or data management experience preferred. Experience with Colleague and CRM desired. Licenses and Certifications Valid Georgia Driver's License (or obtained within 30 days of hire date) and satisfactory MVR. Incumbents must have close visual acuity to perform activities such as extensive reading and operate computers and other office equipment.
