Contract : Job Title : HR Generalist Type of contract : Full-time Expected Hiring Date : March 2026 Responsibilities : Support the HR Manager with daily HR activities and site-level HR initiatives. Provide HR and administrative support to meet business objectives. Lead recruitment efforts and own the full hiring process for hourly roles. Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and payroll-related questions. Assist or conduct investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations. Ensure accuracy and security of payroll systems and manage payroll-related actions. Advise Department Managers and Supervisors on HR-related matters. Support training activities and employee development initiatives. Promote effective communication throughout the plant and support internal communication initiatives. Profile : Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Experience hiring hourly staff and working with staffing agencies. Experience with time and attendance management systems. Good command of English. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with and support a multicultural team. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
