PRIMARY FUNCTION: In this role, we assist those who reach out to AspenRidge seeking treatment services or resources. We screen these individuals to identify their needs and qualifying information. We then admit them or connect them with the appropriate services based on each individual's unique needs and circumstances, putting them in the best possible position to heal and recover. Admissions Representatives at AspenRidge are highly motivated self-starters, willing to learn, driven to help those suffering from addiction expediently access treatment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize strong communication skills as you work with potential clients, their families, other stakeholders as well as referral sources to connect them with an appropriate AspenRidge Recovery program. Demonstrate a solid understanding of AspenRidge's various programs, tracks, services, specialties, and facility-specific offerings. Able to succinctly describe the purpose, intended experience, value and benefits of each service, track and location. Display the ability to guide clients towards the correct level of care, program, and ancillary services using ASAM criteria and MI. Actively contribute to positive team culture, participating in team and organizational bonding, and building relationships interdepartmentally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and successful treatment referrals when necessary. Display a proficient knowledge of the inner workings of AspenRidge's admission, intake, and financial process to ensure a seamless start to their AspenRidge experience. Meet and exceed ambitious and achievable departmental goals. KPIs and Performance Expectations Summary Performance Requirements: Within the first 90-days of employment, you will be expected to average 4-5 raw admissions per week. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: na MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Sales Experience: 1+ year required Education Level: High School or equivalent Admissions experience: 1+ year in admissions, or 2+ years in addictions, or 3+ years in behavioral health Minimum two years sobriety from personal substance abuse challenges. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preferably 2+ years of experience in sales Addiction treatment experience 1+ year CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: CCAR Recovery Coach Certificate (preferred) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Understands addiction and/or mental health, as well as recovery from either/both High attention to detail Achievement oriented Excellent initiative and very resourceful in creating ways to complete the task at hand Strong and clear communication skills with all teammates Punctual with meetings and project timelines WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Office and Clinical setting work environment. The physical environment is typical of a standard office space. It requires the employee to work inside for the duration of work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, sitting for more than 75% of the time. This position will require occasionally moving about inside the office to access equipment, cabinets, etc. May work around office equipment which could be noisy, such as copiers and fax machines. OTHER: Equipment used: ARR Laptop Ability to provide occasional/rotating evening and weekend coverage. Travel: minimal between clinics To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
