SAP ERP Reconciliation Consultant

Title: SAP ERP Reconciliation Consultant Location: Sanford, FL WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT LOCAL CANDIDATES AT THIS TIME. Start Date: 1/12/2026Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Consultant to support a complex reconciliation project following a recent SAP implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to navigate SAP's general ledger and subledgers to resolve discrepancies. Scope of Work Perform detailed reconciliation of a balance sheet transaction clearing account, including: Reviewing all entries Researching discrepancies Providing supporting documentation Confirming proper journal entries Reconcile two additional balance sheet accounts and one liability account Conduct vendor reconciliations and follow up on vendor inquiries Collaborate with leadership across the organization to ensure accuracy and compliance Systems & Tools SAP ERP (recently implemented) FSP Operations System (used for flight scheduling, student accounts, and billing) Excel (Advanced proficiency required: Pivot Tables, What-If Analysis, complex formulas) Qualifications Experience: Strong background in SAP ERP Intermediate accounting knowledge Advanced Excel skills (testing required) Ability to work through general ledger and subledger details Professional, reliable, and highly organized Excellent communication skills; able to interact with leaders across the organization Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to resolve complex reconciliation
