Resource Teacher

The Resource Teacher plays a vital support role in our school. This position is responsible for assisting across multiple classrooms as needed-helping with breaks, transitions, curriculum activities, and classroom coverage. This is a great role for someone who is versatile, proactive, and passionate about working with young children of all ages. Key Responsibilities:Provide support in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed Maintain continuity of care and classroom routines Assist with classroom activities, supervision, and transitions Foster a positive and inclusive environment in each room Collaborate with lead teachers and administrators to meet classroom needs Step into classrooms for breaks, planning periods, or staffing needs Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA or coursework in ECE preferred Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting Flexible, dependable, and enthusiastic team player Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting young learners If you're an energetic, nurturing person looking for a supportive and fun workplace, join us!
