Unit Notes Manager interviews, please make sure candidate is presclosed on pay and location LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Unit: Interventional Radiology Rooms: 2- general IR suites, 1 Spine IR room and 2 neuro endo suites Certs Required: ARRT (R), Az license MRTBE-CRT -- VI certificate is a plus but not required Scrub Experience Preferred EMR: Cerner, DR (PACS) Cases per Day: 5-10 Weekends: Yes possibly some Saturday's Shifts: Day shifts 8 hours M-F (830a-5p or 9a-530p) Call Requirement: None Floating: None outside of Radiology Floor Specific Orientation: Philips Allera, Medrad injector Common cases/Types of Patients: Procedures- GI/GJ tubes, Ports, angio's, Lumbar punctures, myelograms, Neph tubes, stents, ivc filters, blood patch Also neuro experience if possible but not required endovascular procedures, embolization's, Stents, stroke treatment - if only candidate has only or mostly neuro that is also acceptable depending on what type of cases Sedation cases have 2 RN's, RT scrubs with MD.
