Provide education to patients and their families, empowering them to support progress during non-clinical hours. Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless transitions in care throughout the recovery journey. Ensure meticulous documentation follows state, federal, and organizational guidelines. Stay informed on advancements in the field by participating in continuing education and team collaborations. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology accredited by the appropriate regulatory boards. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if still in pursuit of ASHA certification. Licenses and Certifications Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be achieved within 30 days of starting.
