Experienced in healthcare accounting, specializing in roles like Assistant Controller or Senior Accountant, with demonstrated expertise in cash reporting and benefit cycles within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for financial reporting, providing support in the preparation of cost reports, and overseeing internal controls for general accounting, payroll, and compliance reporting. The role involves the supervision of the month-end close process, active participation in preparing and presenting variance explanations and playing a key role in coordinating the budget preparation process. Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required a Master's degree is preferred. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is highly recommended. Minimum of 4 years of experience in acute care hospital settings. Proficient in working with Net Revenue and Volume, including variance explanation. A minimum of 4 years of healthcare accounting experience, preferably in roles such as Assistant Controller or Senior Accountant. Demonstrated experience with cash reporting and benefit cycle within a healthcare environment.
