Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a dedicated primary care team serving a regional community in the Midwest. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients aged six months and older, with a supportive team including physicians and fellow nurse practitioners. Practice Highlights Manage an established patient panel with a 5:1 call ratio, including one night per week and weekend rotation Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals including physicians and nurse practitioners Access to on-site X-ray, laboratory, and vaccine programs Dedicated nursing support with flexible staffing based on patient volume Core Responsibilities Deliver preventive care through routine exams, screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle education Diagnose and treat acute illnesses such as infections and injuries using medications, tests, and minor procedures Manage chronic diseases including diabetes and hypertension with ongoing monitoring and treatment adjustments Coordinate care by referring patients to specialists and integrating feedback for holistic management Provide patient counseling focused on health education, mental wellness, and fostering long-term relationships Education and Experience Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Missouri Experience in rural healthcare settings is preferred Position Benefits Guaranteed base salary for three years plus wRVU incentives Relocation allowance up to $10,000 Student loan repayment program options Generous paid time off and 401K with employer match Comprehensive benefits package Why Join Us?
