Job Description Manage and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other applicable industry standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within Engineering and Manufacturing to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Plan and conduct internal and external audits to verify adherence to quality and regulatory requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues promptly. Develop and deliver training on quality standards, processes, and best practices. Monitor, track, and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive performance improvements. Support new product introductions by ensuring all quality requirements and standards are met. Provide regular reporting on QMS performance to senior leadership and recommend enhancements. The Successful Applicant Required Skills / QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality management within aerospace or other high-reliability manufacturing environments. Strong working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and relevant regulatory requirements. Lead Auditor certification (AS9100 or ISO 9001) strongly preferred. Proficiency with quality methodologies and systems such as 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, QMS platforms, and ERP systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Desired Skills / QualificationsSix Sigma certification. Experience working with FAA, EASA, or DoD quality requirements. Familiarity with PPAP, APQP, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
